Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking crew team members to be the face of our brand, delivering high quality service and food in a clean, welcoming setting. You will receive on-the-job training and have opportunities to advance as you grow with us.

Team members will explore multiple positions within the restaurant, with a goal of learning at least three service roles to build a versatile skill set.

Qualifications

• Ability to legally work in the U.S.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
