Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking crew team members to be the face of our dining experience, delivering high quality service and food in a clean, inviting environment. On-the-job training and advancement opportunities are available to help you grow within our team.

Crew team members will learn multiple positions within the restaurant, with a minimum of three service roles. This opportunity includes flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and a benefits program for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to legally work in the U.S.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with high quality service and food in a clean, inviting environment.
• Learn and rotate through at least three service positions.
• Assist with food preparation and serving during busy periods as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area.
