Job summary

McDonald's Indianapolis is hiring Crew Members. Starting pay is at least $10.00 per hour and up to $12.00 if all requirements are met and you are at least 18 years old. Minors ages 14-17 start at $9.00 per hour.

As a Crew Member you’ll connect with customers, help them order, prepare McDonald’s World Famous food, and work with teammates to hit daily goals. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, flexible hours, free meals, and an employee scholarship program.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 14 years old to work as a Crew Member.
• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts including breakfast, lunch, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
