Job summary

McDonald's in Richland Township, MI is hiring Crew Members to become part of our front-line team. You will create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer and help guests order their meals, while learning to prepare McDonald's world-famous food with care and consistency.

No experience is required; we provide training from day one. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

We welcome applicants ages 16 and older. Scheduling for ages 16–17 will be based on experience, availability, and applicable minor labor laws.
