The MPMC McDonald’s Organization is seeking a Crew Team Member in Pico Rivera, CA to staff various positions and master grill, drive-thru, and guest experience duties. The role offers paths to advancement and a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will engage with customers, help them order, prepare McDonald’s World Famous food, and maintain a welcoming restaurant. A positive team spirit and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work at McDonald’s.
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen.
• Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation).

• Work different positions and master station skills (grill, drive-thru, guest experience) with opportunity to move into management.
• Lead the experience: Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations.
• Focus on the food: Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun!

Pay rates starting at: $20.00 / hour plus cash incentives

Crew member opportunities are available anytime: breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
