Job summary

Capital City McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member to connect with customers, help them order their favorite meals, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food. You’ll work with a team to hit daily goals and keep the restaurant welcoming.

We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. No experience is required, and opportunities for advancement are available in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available across breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
