Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks will be conducted.
• License and certifications: valid Colorado Driver’s License and First Aid/CPR within six months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for inmate labor crews.
• Transport inmates safely to and from work sites.
• Supervise inmate workers on-site and ensure compliance with rules and safety protocols.
• Maintain daily logs, incidents, and equipment checklists.
