Job summary

Endeavor Air is seeking a Crew Services 117 Coordinator to ensure crew members are scheduled in compliance with FAR 117 and 121, and company policies. You will monitor day-to-day operations, address real-time regulatory concerns, and support operational efficiency.

The role requires knowledge of regulatory requirements, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with Crew hubs and management to optimize schedules and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • One year of experience in Crew Services.
  • Knowledge of FAR 117 and 121 Crew Duty and Rest Regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and teambuilding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily compliance with FAR 117 and FAR 121, Duty Day, flight time, and rest regulations.
  • Monitor operations for disruptions or anticipated disruptions and proactively resolve real‑time FAR compliance issues.
  • Provide daily legality status reports to Crew hubs and OCC Management.
  • Conduct “what‑if” scenario analyses and recommend corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Ensure the efficient utilization of Pilots and Flight Attendants.
  • Monitor turn times, rest delays, and other factors impacting crew legality.
  • Coordinate directly with crew members to resolve scheduling‑related operational issues, including Must Take Off (MTO) times.
  • Make recommendations to Crew Services Management regarding procedural improvements and system enhancements.
  • Ensure all crewmember assignments comply with FAA regulations, Company policies, and contractual requirements.

Overview

The Crew Services 117 Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Endeavor Air crewmembers are scheduled in compliance with Company policy, contractual agreements, and applicable FAA regulations, including FAR Parts 117 and 121. This role actively monitors day‑to‑day operations to identify and address real‑time and potential regulatory concerns while supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
  • Minimal physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not more than 30 lbs.
  • Perform work primarily in a computer‑based environment, often under critical deadlines.
