See a day in the life of a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's

We believe in letting you do you. If you're looking for a part-time job that supports your full-time ambition, you've come to the right place. We have an opportunity for Guest Experience Leaders to work between 8am and 8pm. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
  • Assisting with using the ordering kiosks
  • Helping guests in need of extra assistance
  • Checking with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction or offer further assistance
  • Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
  • Handling guest concerns
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team
