We are looking for Crew Members/Cashiers to join our team! Crew Members/Cashiers are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Flexible shifts and schedules available. Full and part-time positions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Work well and interact with others respectfully
  2. Respond positively to coaching and feedback
  3. Communicate effectively with team members
  4. Learn and execute multiple tasks
  5. Provide excellent guest service
  6. Resolve guest issues
  7. Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems

  11. Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
  12. Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards
Requirements & Qualifications:

  2. Ability to pass pre-employment (post-offer) background check
  3. Effective communication skills in English
  4. Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
  5. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  6. Upbeat and friendly attitude

  10. Ability to stand for long periods
