Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Franchisee is hiring Crew Members in Boerne, Texas. Join our friendly team to prepare food and beverages, take drive-thru and counter orders, process payments, and ensure fast, accurate service to every guest.

CREW MEMBERS

JOB DUTIES

• Prepares food and beverage to company standard


• Knows and understands the menu offerings


• Takes orders at the drive-thru and front counter, and handles payments


• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, focusing on product quality and timely service


• Balances accuracy with speed to provide exceptional service


• Organizes and maintains stockroom, refrigerated and pantry areas


• Maintains a clean and organized workstation


• Communicates effectively with managers and co-workers


• Anticipates and understands guests' needs and exceed their expectations


• Receives and processes online, phone, and in person orders(including Baskin Robbins cakes)
