JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Perform general duties for all store team members, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities.

Communication Skills

• Ability to understand and follow written instructions accurately.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately, possibly using a calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements, including entering orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
