Key Responsibilities

• Wash and prepare raw food ingredients, following recipes from printed cards or memory according to the company manual
• Operate power-driven machinery to prepare ingredients
• Cook, sauté, boil, and fry food products
• Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, properly dated, rotated, and stored according to health regulations
• Demonstrate complete understanding of our menu
• Assist with serving orders and attending to guests' needs

Qualifications

• Food handler's permit
• Strong commitment to quality customer service and teamwork
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and attentive listening
• Attention to accuracy and thoroughness, with a focus on quality improvement
• Basic math skills
