Jersey Mike's Grand Rapids is seeking Crew Members to join our fast-paced operation. You will help prepare high-quality sandwiches, work with a small team, and keep the restaurant clean while delivering excellent customer service.

Top requirements include a year of quick-service experience (preferred), ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, and tips are earned on top of base hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience (preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high quality standards
• Work alongside a team of 3-4 members
• Maintain a restaurant noticeably cleaner than others
• Provide customers with top quality products and service
• Work in a fast paced team-driven atmosphere
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
