The Salema Group operates Dunkin’ locations and is seeking enthusiastic crew members. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly availability and a starting pay range plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Opening Procedures: Bake products, merchandise bakery items, brew iced coffee and tea, and open the store for the day.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, assemble sandwiches, and serve donuts promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, restock supplies and clean equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
