R.M. Landscape is seeking Snow Removal Crew Members to service Western NY properties during the December–April season. The role requires outdoor labor, operating shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing tools, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

The position offers open/flexible hours, on-call opportunities, and a competitive hourly base pay of $30.00–$32.00, with potential for extended seasonal work based on weather and workload.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with snow removal equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE properly.
• Reliable transportation to site is required, with on-call availability.
• Possession of a valid NYS driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear sidewalks of snow and ice using shovels, plows, or snow blowers.

Snow Removal Crew Member in Niagara Falls, NY Area

R.M. Landscape is a growing company with a large portfolio of commercial properties in which we provide superior Snow & Ice management services throughout Western NY. OurSnow Removal Crew Members will utilize snow removal techniques to keep our clients' sites clear of snow and reduce the hazards of ice. The ideal candidate must be dependable, motivated, efficient, and must love working outdoors in all types of cold weather. This is a very physical and challenging position. We value reliability and commitment and offer a competitive package to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clearing sidewalks of snow & ice using snow shovels, sidewalk plows, and/or snow blowers (As assigned)
• Must be willing to apply salt or other de-icing materials (As directed)
• Must clean and load trucks (As directed)
• Must be willing to load and unload materials (As directed)
• Must perform other site-specific duties (As directed)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Required)
• Valid NYS Driver's License (Preferred)
• Reliable independent transportation/ability to commute (Required)
• Experience using shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing materials for snow & ice removal (Preferred)
• Experience using sidewalk plows or ATVs (Preferred)
• Ability to follow all safety guidelines and use safety equipment properly (Required)
• Proper PPE (not provided by RM): Winter boots with good traction, additional gear such as gloves, hats, facemasks, goggles, etc. Wear and/or bring multiple layers, especially socks. Bring your own food and hot/cold beverages.

Schedule, Working Conditions, and Location:

• Open/Flexible availability: Hours will vary - days, evenings, and overnights possible (Required)
• Seasonal: Ability to work on-call and weather dependent role from December-April (Required)
• Working Conditions: Ability to perform physical work (strength and endurance to lift/shovel snow), work outdoors in extreme cold and wet weather conditions, and walk long distances/stand for long periods of time (Required)
• Direct-to-Site: Site assignment given based on home location
