Pay Rate: $16.50 PER HOUR
Reports to: Theater General Manager

Our friendly and helpful crew members create a welcoming environment for customers.

Positions include:

• Box Office Cashier: greet customers, sell tickets, communicate show times and theater location.
• Concessions/Kitchen Staff: suggest offerings, prepare food and drinks, ring up sales.
• Ushers: clean theaters, restock facilities, assist customers.

We train staff in all functions to better serve customers.

Requirements:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Perform duties in Concession, Box Office, and Usher roles.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Maintain safety and security standards.

Additional requirements:

• Regular attendance.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work quickly.
• Ability to lift and clean equipment.
• At least 16 years old, with necessary certifications.

Work Environment:

Active theater setting, requires standing, walking, and physical activity.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or G.E.D., or enrolled.

Preferred: Retail or customer service experience.
