Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role involves serving guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; preparing and cooking food products; and packaging orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the specifications in the Operating Standards Manual, executed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services:
2. Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting positivity. Greet customers with a pleasant, enthusiastic, and sincere smile.
3. Strive for efficiency to meet accuracy and speed standards.
4. Fill orders completely and accurately within the mandated service time.
5. Handle customer payments accurately, including receiving money and giving correct change.
6. Deliver orders to customers, thank them, and invite them to return.
7. Verify and manage the cash drawer, including counting down at shift end to ensure accuracy.
8. Practice security measures in cash handling, including frequent cash drops and maintaining mandated cash levels.
9. Report any issues such as deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems to management promptly.
10. Address customer service problems or complaints immediately and notify managers as needed.
11. Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, surrounding areas, exterior trash receptacles, and ensure the Drive-Thru menu board is clean and accurate.
12. Keep the customer dining area, service area, and restrooms sanitized.
13. Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
