Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Prepare fresh subs to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Make every sub correctly, including Mike’s Way
• Take orders and provide great customer service
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work together during busy periods
• Learn different areas of the restaurant and help where needed
• Follow company policies, Core Values, and operating standards
• Take pride in your work and help create a great guest experience
