Front of House Crew Member (FOH)

As a Front of House Crew Member, you'll provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and dedication will contribute to our success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately using our POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
• Assist with food prep, including assembling orders and packaging for takeout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
• Ability to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest and team interactions.
