Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform lawn maintenance, planting, and upkeep on jobsites to deliver beautiful, high-quality landscapes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
