Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Florida. Crew Members perform work on jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, planting, laying sod, weeding, mulching, trash pickup, and operating landscape tools and equipment. Must be able to work outside for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.

• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
