Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for its Landscape Maintenance teams to perform on-site tasks with safety and quality. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, planting, laying sod, mulching, and debris cleanup using hand and power tools on various job sites.

We value landscaping experience, willingness to work outdoors in challenging conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf, edge, and blow debris to keep sites neat.
• Prune shrubs and manage low tree branches.
• Plant and maintain flower beds; lay sod.
• Pull weeds and apply mulch; trim and tidy beds.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials; perform other duties as assigned.
