Job Title: Crew Member

Reports to: Restaurant Manager & Shift Manager

Within the location assigned, the Line Team Member is responsible for greeting customers and fulfilling all orders with fast, accurate ticket times in accordance with proper portion control, guidelines, and procedures. Your primary role is to ensure each customer has a positive, enjoyable experience at Salsa Fresca.

Main Accountabilities:

• Assist guests in creating their meal and take pride in the meal you prepare
• Maintain a clean & sanitary station at all times
• Ensure food tables are always at proper temperatures and visually appealing
• Assist prep cook when needed to meet par levels
• Open and close the store
• Ensure quality control, portion control, and provide excellent customer service
