Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeks Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams. You will perform work on job-sites to install trees, shrubs, flowerbeds, sod, pavers, and irrigation systems, ensuring safe, high-quality landscapes for our clients.

This hands-on role requires outdoor endurance, a willingness to work in extreme temperatures, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in landscape construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering and moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools and equipment for landscape construction.
