Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in the Bradenton, FL area. Crew Members perform work on jobsites to deliver high-quality landscapes for clients while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Ability to work long periods outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
