Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring Crew Members to work as part of our restaurant team. You will take and prepare customer orders, ensure high quality products, and maintain a clean workstation in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires being at least 18 years old, dependable, and able to handle busy periods while communicating effectively with customers and teammates. Training and advancement opportunities are available across part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• A Little Caesars crew member must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure and stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise as described in training materials.
• Prepare high quality products following recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold restaurant image standards.
• Follow safety, security, and conduct policies per handbook.
• Assist team and management to meet restaurant goals and schedules.
