Starting pay is around $10 per hour with opportunities for raises based on availability and performance. We offer on-site roles with comprehensive training and paths to growth within the Archways to Opportunity program.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling.
• On-the-job training provided through McDonald’s education programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
