McDonald’s is hiring for an Opening Team Crew Member in Youngstown. This role helps set up the restaurant for a productive day, greet customers, assist with ordering, and prepare World Famous McDonald’s food alongside a supportive team.

Open to ages 15+, the position offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, on-site work, and training through Archways to Opportunity programs. You’ll learn life skills, grow with the team, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old to work as a Crew Member.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant for the start of a productive day including, gathering stock, opening equipment, and preparing hot, fresh food for our customers.
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
• Close down the restaurant, including doing dishes, carrying stock, shutting down machines, and sweeping and mopping.
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
