Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders into POS accurately with modifications.
• Process cash, card and other payments and give correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Resolve customer issues with respect and process refunds.
• Assemble food orders per specifications with packaging and condiments.
• Keep work area, counters, dining room, and restrooms clean.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily procedures.
