Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering great guest service and preparing delicious food. You’ll help create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team.

As a Team Member, you’ll greet guests, take orders, cook signature items, maintain cleanliness, and assist with deliveries and inventory. Training is provided, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
