Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to be at the heart of our restaurant, delivering great guest service and preparing our signature Louisiana-inspired menu items. You’ll work on the floor, stock supplies, keep areas clean, and collaborate with a friendly team to hit daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
