Our Taco Bell franchise is hiring Team Members for our many restaurants. Do you possess great customer service, leadership, team spirit and are looking to showcase your talents? We invite you to join our Team providing amazing service to our guests who are treated like family!

A Taco Bell "Service Champion" is a frontline employee primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, including greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean work area, essentially acting as the face of Taco Bell to customers at the register or drive-thru.

Key responsibilities of a Taco Bell Service Champion:

  • Customer interaction: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and processing payments.
  • Order fulfillment: Assembling food orders, checking for accuracy, and packaging products.
  • Cash handling: Operating the register, handling cash transactions, and ensuring correct change is given.
  • Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, including the dining area and workstations.
  • Food safety: Adhering to food safety standards when preparing and serving food.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
