Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking Shift Leaders or Crew Members to join our team in Roanoke, VA. You will greet guests, take orders, operate the POS system, and help keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

No experience is required for entry-level positions, and training is provided to prepare you for success. The role offers a starting wage with a base pay plus tips and a path to learn multiple roles within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age-restrictions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
• Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment.
• Participate in both Training Center programs, typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm at the Jersey Mike's location.
