Job summary

Wendy's - Yellow Cab Holdings is seeking a Crew Member to join the YCH Wendy’s Team. You’ll greet customers, help with drive-thru duties and fry prep, and keep the store clean and ready for service. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced setting, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow.

We value strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the willingness to learn. This role includes standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting, and requires age 16 or older with

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to take direction well and eagerness to learn.
• Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and serve customers.
• Ability to stand/move during a shift and handle light lifting.
• Reliability and punctuality; must be 16 or older.
• Comfortable handling weather-related tasks and using a headset/cash register.
