Job summary

McDonald's in Idaho Falls is seeking a Crew Member to connect with customers, help them order their favorite meals, and prepare McDonald’s World-Famous food. You will partner with team members and managers to hit daily goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

Starting pay is $10 per hour, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take advantage of Archways to Opportunity education benefits including college tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older to work as a Minor Crew Member at McDonald's.
• Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
