White Castle is hiring crew members in Blue Island, IL to deliver friendly customer service, operate the register, and assist with drive-thru and food preparation. This team member will maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and support daily restaurant operations.

No prior experience required—training is provided. Must be at least 16 years old and able to stand long hours in a lively, high-energy setting with occasional heavy lifting.

Qualificações

• Able to stand up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
