Job summary

White Castle is seeking team members for entry-level roles in our Plainfield, IL location. You will assist customers at the cash register and drive-thru, prepare orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting.

No experience is required as we provide training; candidates should be friendly, energetic, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment. Weekday and weekend shifts available with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Outgoing, positive energy and friendliness are valued.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Operate cash register and prepare orders.
• Maintain sanitation and work the fryer/griddle as needed.
