Burger King in Chicago is hiring a team member for a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, operate the register, verify orders, and prepare food and drinks.

You will keep areas clean, follow health and safety standards, stock inventory, work at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter), attend shifts on time, and adhere to grooming policies while delivering friendly service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and resolve customer issues.
• Operate cash register and upsell using value-added techniques.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen area, counters, food prep areas and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.
• Responds to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner.
