Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Crew Member to deliver great guest experiences by preparing products to our standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and bring a smile to every visit.

Responsibilities include following brand procedures, handling cash, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and completing training while supporting fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
• Provide excellent guest service to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare products following recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Follow cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
