Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation, operating a Dunkin' franchise in Lexington, MA, seeks a Crew Member to deliver excellent guest service, prepare food and beverages, and support daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin' franchise standards.
Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Support speed of service and order accuracy goals.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned by a Manager or Management.
Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts.
Advancement opportunities including Manager on Duty and Restaurant Management roles, based on performance.
Crew Members are eligible to receive credit card tips - increasing their average hourly rate.
