Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses customer issues.
• Operates cash register and upselling techniques to drive sales.
• Verifies order accuracy.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, food prep, fryers).
• Attends shifts promptly and regularly.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
