The Crew Member will greet guests, handle POS transactions, and work as part of a collaborative team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure accuracy and speed of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin' franchise standards.
• Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Support speed of service and order accuracy goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned and directed by a Manager or Management.
• Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts.
