This position pays an hourly wage plus tips. Primary requirements include creating food to Jersey Mike's high quality standards, working with a team of 3-4, keeping the restaurant clean, and delivering top quality service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+ to operate slicer/oven and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards
• Effectively work alongside a team of 3-4 members
• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Provide customers with top quality products and service
• Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
