Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Crew Members to join our Jersey Mike's team in New Jersey. This role offers an hourly wage of $16–$17 plus tips and the chance to grow within a vibrant, fast-paced customer service environment.

As a Crew Member, you’ll work with a 3–4 person team, follow high quality standards, keep the restaurant clean, and deliver top-notch service to guests—while gaining hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate slicer and oven.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
• Effectively work alongside a team of 3-4 members.
• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Provide customers with top quality products and service.
• Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
