Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a smile.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and promotions.
• Accurately process drink, donut, and food orders per standards.
• Handle cash, credit card, gift card, and rewards transactions.
• Answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Keep front of house clean and stocked; maintain restrooms.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Leave customers with a positive impression of the Dunkin’ experience.
