Wendy's is hiring Crew Members to join our team. You’ll learn on the job with paid training, enjoy employee discounts, and work with people who care. You may be on drive-thru one shift and making fries the next, while delivering friendly, fast service to customers.

Stand and move during shifts, lift up to 50 lbs now and then, and wear a headset to take orders. We welcome all backgrounds and provide accommodations where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, helpful demeanor and be able to interact positively with customers.
• Ability to stand and move for most of shift and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different station duties (fries, drive-thru, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a smile and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate drive-thru, register, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean stations and stock supplies; support team during peak times.
