Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members to join our Landscape Enhancement teams. You will perform landscape installation tasks on job sites, including sod, pavers, mulch, and irrigation installation, while ensuring safety and quality.

This role requires physical outdoor work and willingness to handle heavy lifting as part of daily duties. We value bi-lingual applicants (English/Spanish) and offer career growth opportunities with excellent benefits as part of Juniper’s commitment to a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation and plant knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various temperatures and weather.

Responsibilities

• Lay sod on job sites.
• Install pavers, stone walls, and hardscape elements.
• Install mulch and prep soil for planting.
• Install irrigation/sprinkler systems as needed.
• Dig trenches and holes; move soil and materials.
• Use hand and power tools to complete landscape tasks.
