Job Title: Crew Member - Driver

Join Roark Landscaping Corporation as a Crew Member - Driver. We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and client-focused professional to contribute to our growing team in Tulsa.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Roark Landscaping Corporation. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds, and other landscape features.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Operate landscaping hand tools and gas-powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety policies and proper lifting techniques.
• Work 10-hour shifts, with occasional weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Driver’s License preferred.
• General knowledge of landscape maintenance.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate various equipment.

Reporting & Location

The Crew Member reports to the Department Manager. This position is based in Tulsa, OK, primarily working Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
