We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead Mover / Driver to join our dynamic team. Experience in the moving industry is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties Include :

• Leading a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations.
• Packing and handling techniques.
• Using moving tools and supplies, including plastic wrap, blanket pads, straps, and dollies.
• Physically loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment.
• Delivering a high level of customer service with the ability to address customer concerns / issues on-site.
• Applying sales techniques in the field.
• Being a team player and supporting your team.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Previous moving experience is required.
• Must have a great attitude, be reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
• Physical stamina to lift / carry 80 pounds repeatedly.

• Must be willing to submit a criminal background check
• Must be 21 years old or older, have a valid driver's license (NO CDL required), and a clean driving record.
